How long does a full detail take?

A full paint correction and ceramic coating package typically takes 1 to 2 full working days, since the coating needs a curing period between coats. Our Express Shine package is completed within 3 hours.

Do you offer a guarantee on the finish?

Yes. Every correction and coating service includes a 90-day finish guarantee. If defects reappear under normal driving conditions, we re-correct the affected panels at no cost. Ceramic coatings carry a manufacturer-backed warranty of up to 24 months, detailed on your invoice.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Bookings can be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment. EU consumers booking online benefit from a 14-day right of withdrawal on unstarted services. Full details are available in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Do prices include VAT and consumables?

All listed prices include 20% French VAT and all products used during the service. The only additional cost would be specific stain or odour treatments requested on-site, which we always quote and confirm with you before starting.
