4. Legal basis for processing
We process personal data under the following legal bases recognised by the GDPR: performance of a contract (booking and service delivery), legal obligation (invoicing and tax records), legitimate interest (fraud prevention, service improvement) and consent (marketing communications, analytics and marketing cookies).
5. Data retention
Booking and transaction records are retained for 10 years to comply with French commercial and tax law. Marketing consent records are retained until withdrawn. Analytics data collected via cookies is retained for a maximum of 13 months.

We use strictly necessary cookies (required for booking forms and site security), analytics cookies (to understand site usage) and marketing cookies (to measure advertising performance), the latter two only activated with your consent via the cookie banner. 8. Data sharing
We share data only with service providers strictly necessary to operate our business: payment processors, our accounting firm, and our website hosting provider (OVH SAS, Roubaix, France). We do not sell personal data to third parties. Any transfer outside the European Economic Area is protected by Standard Contractual Clauses.
9. Security
We apply industry-standard technical and organisational measures, including encrypted data transmission (TLS), access controls and staff confidentiality obligations, to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure.
